Terms of Service

Classes are drop-in and sold per session at $25. A booking is confirmed only once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email with your class link.

• +Your class link is personal to you — please do not share or forward it.
• +Check-in opens 15 minutes before the start time.
• +Classes run 40 minutes; late arrivals are welcome but we cannot restart the warm-up.
• +You are responsible for your own internet connection, device, and practice space.

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at the time of booking through our payment processor. We do not store your card details. Any applicable taxes are included in the price shown.

Cancellation and refund handling is described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If a class must be cancelled or rescheduled by the instructor, you will be notified by email and offered a full refund or a credit toward a future class.

• +Treat the instructor and other students with respect.
• +Do not record, screenshot, or redistribute any part of a class.
• +Class content, sequences, and materials remain the property of Sifu Moses Tai Chi and are for your personal practice only.
• +We may remove a participant from a class, without refund, for disruptive or abusive behavior.

Participation is voluntary and physical activity carries inherent risk. Please read the Health & Safety Disclaimer before your first class. You are responsible for practicing within your own limits and stopping if anything hurts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sifu Moses Tai Chi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or participation in a class. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the class in question.
