Cancellation & Refund Policy

• +More than 12 hours before the class start time: full refund to your original payment method.
• +Within 12 hours of the class start time: your payment is credited toward any future class.
• +No-show without notice: the class is forfeited, though we will always look at genuine emergencies case by case.

Reply to your booking confirmation email or write to mtchikwenhere@gmail.com with the class date and time. Your spot is released for another student as soon as we process it.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically posts the funds within 5–10 business days.

Credits have no expiry date and can be applied to any scheduled Qigong and Meditation session. Credits are not transferable to another person and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the instructor must cancel or reschedule, you will be emailed as soon as possible and given the choice of a full refund or a credit. Technical failure on our side that prevents a class from running is treated the same way.

We cannot refund a class missed because of your own internet or device issues, but we will happily offer a credit if you let us know the same day.
