We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing email unrelated to classes you booked without your consent.

We rely on third parties to run the site: a hosting and database provider that stores booking records, an email provider that sends confirmations and reminders, a payment processor that handles card details, and a video conferencing service used to run live classes. Each receives only the information needed to perform its function.

Booking and attendance records are kept while they are needed for scheduling, accounting, and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time by emailing mtchikwenhere@gmail.com; we will remove them unless we are required to retain a transaction record.

Classes and bookings are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A parent or guardian should book on behalf of a minor and attend with them.

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes affecting existing students will also be sent by email.
